May 15, 2024: Waterville, ME 04901 The Cony Rams crushed the host Waterville Panthers baseball team by a count of 14-0 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Rams now possess a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Belfast for a Class B North bout on Friday, May 17. Cony will face a Lions team coming off a 8-6 league win over Nokomis (Newport, ME). The Lions record now stands at 7-7.
Next, the Panthers face the Oceanside Mariners (Rockland, ME) in a Class B North bout, on Friday, May 17. Waterville will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Mariners enter the bout with a 6-5 record after their 4-2 league loss to Lawrence (Fairfield, ME).
