In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Hampden Broncos lacrosse squad scored a good 14-5 victory over the John Bapst Memorial Crusaders.

The Broncos now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cony for a non-league test on Saturday, May 18. Hampden will face a Rams squad coming off a 17-6 league loss to Gardiner (Gardiner, ME). The Rams record now stands at 2-8.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME) in a Class C test, on Wednesday, May 22. John Bapst Memorial will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 1-9 record after their 11-2 league loss to Lawrence (Fairfield, ME).
