The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Edgerton Bulldogs (Edgerton, OH) and the visiting Continental Pirates (Continental, OH), saw Edgerton's baseball team gain a win over Continental by a tally of 13-3.

The Bulldogs (13-9) will now prepare for their battle against Patrick Henry (Hamler, OH). The Patriots enter the non-league battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Patrick Henry was overwhelmed by Napoleon (Napoleon, OH), 5-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Pirates face the Columbus Grove Bulldogs (Columbus Grove, OH) in a Northwest battle, on Friday, May 16. Continental will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 13-9 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Pandora-Gilboa (Pandora, OH).
