Indiana High School Baseball - Salem holds off Corydon Central
May 15, 2025: Corydon, IN 47112 In Thursday's league game, the visiting Salem Lions baseball team scored a close 9-5 win over the Corydon Central Panthers.
The Lions (10-7) will now prepare for their game against Southwestern (Hanover, IN). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 12-7 record. In their last game, Southwestern was overwhelmed by Providence (Clarksville, IN), 6-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Panthers play the Heritage Hills Patriots (Lincoln City, IN) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 16. Corydon Central will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 17-5 record after their 11-10 league win over Princeton (Princeton, IN).
