The Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) baseball trounced the host Huntington North Vikings (Huntington, IN), 14-4 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Knights now own a 13-9 record. They take the field next when they host Columbia City for a Northeast 8 challenge on Tuesday, May 20. Norwell will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Westview (Topeka, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 15-8.

With the defeat, Huntington North drops to 14-6 on the year. The Vikings host Southwood (Wabash, IN) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 16. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 0-15. Southwood lost 8-4 in their recent league challenge against Northfield (Wabash, IN)
