Illinois High School Baseball - Triopia loses to New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly
May 15, 2025: Concord, IL 62631 In Thursday's non-league bout, the New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly Vipers (New Berlin, IL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Triopia Trojans (Concord, IL), by a tally of 10-3.
Next up, the Vipers encounter the Springfield Southeast Spartans (Springfield, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 16. New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly will attempt to upgrade on its 16-13 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 10-18 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL).
The Trojans (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Pittsfield (Pittsfield, IL). The Saukees enter the non-league bout with a 19-10 record. In their last bout, Pittsfield edged North Greene (White Hall, IL), 13-3, in a non-league bout.
