Virginia High School Soccer - Great Bridge nudges Oscar Smith
May 15, 2025: Chesapeake, VA 23320 In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Oscar Smith Tigers.
The Wildcats (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Hornets go into the Southeastern outing with a 6-6 record. In their last outing, Deep Creek got by Indian River (Chesapeake, VA), 4-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Tigers play the Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern outing, on Monday, May 19. Oscar Smith will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Bruins enter the battle with a 6-6 record after their 0-0 league Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA).
