Almont Raiders (Almont, MI) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting St. Clair Saints (St. Clair, MI), 2-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Almont improves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Raiders host Algonac (Algonac, MI) to play the Muskrats in a Blue Water Area game on Tuesday, May 20. The Muskrats enter the game with a record of 11-11. Algonac won 5-2 in their recent league game against Yale (Yale, MI)
