Ohio High School Baseball - Calvert defeats Edison
May 15, 2026: Milan, OH 44846 The Calvert Senecas baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Edison Chargers to 5 in the Senecas non-league win on Friday.
The Senecas now own a 19-1 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary Central Catholic for a Sandusky Bay - River test on Saturday, May 16. Calvert will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 10-0 league win over St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 14-5.
With the defeat, Edison drops to 15-5 on the year. The Chargers travel to Keystone (La Grange, OH) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, May 18. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 14-8. Keystone lost 9-3 in their recent non-league test against Norton (Norton, OH)
