The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN) and the visiting Highland Trojans (Highland, IN), saw Chesterton's baseball team gain a win over Highland by a tally of 16-1.

The Trojans (20-5) will now prepare for their battle against Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN). The Vikings enter the Duneland battle with a 18-5 record.

Next, the Trojans face the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 16. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 14-7 record after their 9-8 league loss to Crown Point (Crown Point, IN).
