The River Forest Ingots baseball squad (Hobart, IN), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN)

With the triumph, Kankakee Valley moves its record to 11-12 on the season. The Kougars host South Central (Union Mills, IN) to confront the Satellites in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 16. The Satellites come into the contest with a record of 10-7.

The Ingots now possess a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Illiana Christian for a Greater Southshore contest on Monday, May 18. River Forest will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger (Fort Wayne, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 15-9.
