The Simsbury Trojans softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Windsor Warriors to 1 in the Trojans non-league win on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league battle on Monday, May 18. Simsbury will confront a River Hawks team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The River Hawks record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Windsor moves to 3-12 on the season. The Warriors host Tolland (Tolland, CT) to confront the Eagles in a Central Connecticut - North battle on Monday, May 18.
