Georgia High School Baseball - Salem loses to Cave Spring
May 16, 2022: Conyers, GA 30013 The Salem Seminoles baseball team (Conyers, GA), was overwhelmed 19-0 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA)
The Knights now hold a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salem for a River Ridge outing on Monday, May 16. Cave Spring will face a Spartans team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over James River (Buchanan, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-5.
Next, the Seminoles face the Pulaski County Cougars (Dublin, VA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, May 19. Salem will attempt to advance on its 0-19 season record. The Cougars enter the outing with a 11-6 record after their 16-4 league win over Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA).
