Unioto Shermans (Chillicothe, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Fairfield Union Falcons (Lancaster, OH), 16-6 in a non-league test.

With the win, Unioto upgrades its record to 22-3 on the season. The Shermans host Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH) to battle the Indians in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 18. The Indians come into the test with a record of 6-14. Hillsboro lost 7-6 in their recent non-league test against New Richmond (New Richmond, OH)

With the defeat, Fairfield Union falls to 9-15 on the season.
