May 16, 2022: Newtonville, MA 02460 Walpole Rebels (Walpole, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA), 8-3 in a league test.
With the win, Walpole upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Rebels host Milton (Milton, MA) to battle the Wildcats in a Bay State - Herget test on Wednesday, May 18. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 14-2. Milton won 5-0 in their recent league test against Needham (Needham, MA)
With the defeat, Newton North falls to 6-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to Framingham (Framingham, MA) to battle the Flyers in a Bay State - Carey test on Wednesday, May 18. The Flyers come into the test with a record of 9-6. Framingham lost 8-6 in their recent league test against Wellesley (Wellesley, MA)
