Towson Generals (Towson, MD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Edgewood Rams (Edgewood, MD), 15-7 in a non-league challenge.

The Generals now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bel Air for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 18. Towson will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Edgewood falls to 3-3 on the campaign.
