Illinois High School Softball - Stevenson holds off Lake Zurich
May 16, 2022: Lincolnshire, IL 60069 The Stevenson Patriots the visiting Lake Zurich Bears softball squad by a final score of 12-10 in Monday's league battle.
The Patriots (9-13) will now prepare for their battle against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Wildcats go into the North Suburban battle with a 14-16 record. In their last battle, Libertyville by Warren Township (Gurnee, IL), 10-1, in a league battle.
The Bears now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they travel to Waukegan for a North Suburban battle on Tuesday, May 17. Lake Zurich will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-11.
