Michigan High School Baseball - Centreville nips Colon
May 16, 2023: Colon, MI 49040 Centreville Bulldogs (Centreville, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Colon Magi (Colon, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Centreville upgrades its record to 16-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to White Pigeon (White Pigeon, MI) to battle the Chiefs in a Southwest 10 test on Thursday, May 18. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 3-5.
With the defeat, Colon falls to 2-6 on the season. The Magi host Homer (Homer, MI) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Thursday, May 18. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 3-2. Homer won 15-1 in their recent league test against Reading (Reading, MI)
