Delaware High School Lacrosse - Sanford overwhelms Delaware Military Academy
May 16, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19804 The Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE) lacrosse triumphed over the host Delaware Military Academy Seahawks (Wilmington, DE), 12-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Sanford upgrades its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Warriors host Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, May 18. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 8-3.
The Seahawks (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Red Lion Christian Academy was overwhelmed by St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE), 11-2, in a non-league game.
