May 16, 2024: Keene, NH 03431 The Derryfield Cougars triumphed over the host Keene Blackbirds lacrosse team by a score of 16-4 in Thursday's league match.
With the win, Derryfield upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Cougars host Concord (Concord, NH) to play the Crimson Tide in a non-league match on Saturday, May 18. The Crimson Tide go into the match with a record of 6-7. Concord won 14-4 in their recent league match against Nashua North (Nashua, NH)
With the defeat, Keene moves to 4-8 on the campaign. The Blackbirds travel to Pembroke (Pembroke, NH) to face the Spartans in a Division II test on Saturday, May 18. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-8.
