May 16, 2024: Guilford, CT 06437 Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting East Lyme Vikings (East Lyme, CT), 11-10 in a non-league battle.
The Grizzlies now have a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hand for a Southern Connecticut battle on Saturday, May 18. Guilford will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 15-3 league win over Sheehan (Wallingford, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 7-10.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Wethersfield Eagles (Wethersfield, CT) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 18. East Lyme will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 7-6 record after their 11-3 league win over Tolland (Tolland, CT).
