The Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) baseball trounced the host Tahanto Regional Stags (Boylston, MA), 7-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Gaels now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Hudson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 20. Clinton will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA). The Hawks record now stands at 11-7.

With the defeat, Tahanto Regional drops to 5-9 on the year. The Stags travel to Gardner (Gardner, MA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 19. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Gardner lost 13-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Ayer Shirley (Ayer, MA)
