In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Howland Tigers baseball team scored a close 10-4 win over the Streetsboro Rockets.

The Tigers (13-9) will now prepare for their game against Columbiana (Columbiana, OH). The Clippers go into the non-league game with a 11-13 record. In their last game, Columbiana was overwhelmed by United (Hanoverton, OH), 8-3, in a league game.
