The Rondout Valley Ganders lacrosse team (Accord, NY), was overwhelmed 18-7 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Highland Huskies (Highland, NY)

With the victory, Highland advances its record to 11-4 on the season. The Huskies travel to O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY) to encounter the Raiders in a Section 9 D Division IV battle on Monday, May 19. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 7-3.

The Ganders now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burke Catholic for a non-league battle on Monday, May 19. Rondout Valley will encounter a team coming off a 23-8 non-league loss to Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY). The record now stands at 1-5.
