May 16, 2025: Alma, MI 48801 Alma Panthers (Alma, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Portland Raiders (Portland, MI), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Alma moves its record to 2-20 on the campaign. The Panthers host Freeland (Freeland, MI) to clash with the Falcons in a Tri-Valley - Central test on Tuesday, May 20. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 9-11. Freeland won 8-0 in their recent league test against Alma (Alma, MI)
The Raiders now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Everett for a non-league test on Monday, May 19. Portland will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 1-13.
