Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL), 17-2 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Highland Park advances its record to 9-7 on the season.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carmel for a non-league game on Monday, May 19. Wauconda will play a Corsairs team coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Latin (Chicago, IL). The Corsairs record now stands at 13-6.
