Maine High School Lacrosse - Morse bounces Maine Central Institute
May 16, 2025: Pittsfield, ME 04967 The Morse Shipbuilders lacrosse squad scored 24 points and limited the host Maine Central Institute Huskies to 8 in the Shipbuilders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Shipbuilders now hold a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gardiner for a Class B challenge on Monday, May 19. Morse will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 10-8 league loss to Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Maine Central Institute falls to 0-6 on the year. The Huskies travel to Lawrence (Fairfield, ME) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Class C challenge on Thursday, May 22. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 0-4.
