The Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) baseball trounced the host Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL), 12-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Thunderbolts now own a 13-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lockport for a Southwest Suburban challenge on Monday, May 18. Andrew will clash with a Porters team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Porters record now stands at 22-9.

With the defeat, Shepard drops to 11-18 on the year. The Astros travel to Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL) to clash with the Mustangs in a South Suburban - Red challenge on Monday, May 18.
