In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Bartlett Hawks baseball team scored a close 7-1 win over the St. Francis Spartans.

The Hawks (21-10) will now prepare for their game against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 18-10 record. In their last game, Jacobs was overwhelmed by Cary-Grove (Cary, IL), 10-8, in a league game.

Next, the Spartans play the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 19. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 15-16 season record. The Roadrunners go into the game with a 22-9 record after their 7-5 league win over St. Patrick (Chicago, IL).
