Connecticut High School Baseball - Grasso Tech loses to Wheeler
May 17, 2021: North Stonington, CT 06359 The Wheeler Lions baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Grasso Tech Eagles to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Monday.
The Lions (4-11) will now prepare for their match against St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT). The Saints go into the Eastern Connecticut - North match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, St. Bernard ran past Plainfield (Central Village, CT), 6-3, in a league match.
The Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT). The Beavers go into the non-league match with a 11-5 record. In their last match, Cheney RVT ran past Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT), 6-3, in a non-league match.
