Illinois High School Volleyball - Oswego over Plainfield South
May 17, 2022: Plainfield, IL 60544 Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL) in a Suburban Prarie match, on Thursday, May 19. Oswego will attempt to advance on its 26-5 season record. The Steelmen come into the match with a 3-31 record after their 2-0 league loss to Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL).
With the loss, Plainfield South drops to 10-19 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to West Aurora (Aurora, IL) to clash with the Blackhawks in a Suburban Prarie match on Thursday, May 19. The Blackhawks come into the match with a record of 14-21. West Aurora lost 2-1 in their recent league match against Oswego East (Oswego, IL)
