Pennsylvania High School Softball - Holy Cross bounces Wallenpaupack Area
May 17, 2022: Dunmore, PA 18512 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Holy Cross Crusaders (Dunmore, PA) and the visiting Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns (Hawley, PA), witnessed Holy Cross's softball squad tip Wallenpaupack Area by a count of 18-13.
The Crusaders now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Riverside for a non-league match on Thursday, May 19.
With the loss, Wallenpaupack Area moves to 11-1 on the season. The Buckhorns travel to Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA) to meet the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Saturday, May 21. The Cavaliers go into the match with a record of 0-2.
