New Jersey High School Softball - Pascack Valley holds off Lakeland Regional
May 17, 2024: Hillsdale, NJ 07642 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Pascack Valley Panthers (Hillsdale, NJ) and the visiting Lakeland Regional Lancers (Wanaque, NJ), saw Pascack Valley's softball squad nip Lakeland Regional by a count of 5-3.
The Panthers now sport a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Midland Park for a non-league match on Saturday, May 18. Pascack Valley will face a Panthers squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Waldwick (Waldwick, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 9-13.
With the loss, Lakeland Regional falls to 12-9 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 21. The Knights enter the match with a record of 15-8.
