May 17, 2025: Cardington, OH 43315 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH) and the host Cardington-Lincoln Pirates (Cardington, OH), saw Big Walnut's baseball team gain a win over Cardington-Lincoln by a tally of 7-1.
The Golden Eagles (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lexington (Lexington, OH). The Minutemen enter the non-league battle with a 11-12 record. In their last battle, Lexington was overwhelmed by Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
