Wisconsin High School Baseball - Chequamegon loses to Northland Pines
May 17, 2025: Eagle River, WI 54521 Northland Pines Eagles (Eagle River, WI) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Chequamegon Screaming Eagles (Park Falls, WI), 6-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Northland Pines advances its record to 9-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Medford (Medford, WI) to battle the Raiders in a Great Northern match on Monday, May 19. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 10-8. Medford won 10-0 in their recent non-league match against Adams-Friendship (Adams, WI)
The Screaming Eagles now have a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washburn for a non-league match on Monday, May 19. Chequamegon will battle a Castle Guards squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Hurley (Hurley, WI). The Castle Guards record now stands at 13-2.
