Massachusetts High School Baseball - Leominster defeats Minnechaug Regional
May 17, 2025: Leominster, MA 01453 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Leominster Blue Devils baseball team scored a close 7-1 victory over the Minnechaug Regional Falcons.
The Blue Devils (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Blue Raiders enter the Midland-Wachusett A game with a 1-11 record. In their last game, Fitchburg was overwhelmed by Watertown (Watertown, MA), 10-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Falcons face the West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA) in a Valley game, on Sunday, May 18. Minnechaug Regional will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Terriers enter the game with a 10-5 record after their 9-6 league win over Agawam (Agawam, MA).
