May 17, 2025: Cleveland, OH 44113 The Olentangy Orange Pioneers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host St. Ignatius Wildcats to 2 in the Pioneers non-league win on Saturday.
The Pioneers now own a 21-3 record. They take the field next when they host Centerville for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 20. Olentangy Orange will clash with a Elks team coming off a 14-1 non-league loss to Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH). The Elks record now stands at 13-7.
With the defeat, St. Ignatius drops to 11-6 on the year. The Wildcats host University School (Hunting Valley, OH) to clash with the Preppers in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 21. The Preppers go into the test with a record of 21-5. University School lost 11-9 in their recent non-league test against Grove City (Grove City, OH)
