With the triumph, Wausau West advances its record to 7-14 on the season. The Warriors host Marshfield (Marshfield, WI) to battle the Tigers in a Wisconsin Valley match on Tuesday, May 20. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 8-15. Marshfield won 13-11 in their recent non-league match against Waunakee (Waunakee, WI)
The Timberwolves now have a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Crosse Central for a Mississippi Valley match on Monday, May 19. Tomah will battle a Riverhawks squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Menomonie (Menomonie, WI). The Riverhawks record now stands at 4-15.
