Michigan High School Softball - Anchor Bay gets by Churchill
May 17, 2025: Fair Haven, MI 48023 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) and the visiting Churchill Chargers (Livonia, MI), observed Anchor Bay's softball team get by Churchill by a final score of 3-2.
The Tars (21-9) will now prepare for their bout against Bloomfield Hills (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Black Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 12-7 record. In their last bout, Bloomfield Hills was nipped by Adams (Rochester, MI), 6-4, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Chargers battle the Allen Park Jaguars (Allen Park, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 17. Churchill will attempt to better on its 16-7 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 22-6 record after their 15-0 league win over Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI).
