Axtell Longhorns (Axtell, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Rio Vista Eagles (Rio Vista, TX), 25-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Axtell upgrades its record to 25-4 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Collinsville (Collinsville, TX) to battle the Pirates in a non-league test on Saturday, May 25. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 34-2. Collinsville won 6-0 in their recent non-league game against Sam Rayburn (Ivanhoe, TX)
