May 18, 2024: Englewood, NJ 07631 The Dwight-Englewood Bulldogs crushed the visiting Mahwah Thunderbirds baseball team by a tally of 12-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now hold a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cresskill for a non-league bout on Monday, May 20. Dwight-Englewood will face a Cougars team coming off a 7-1 league loss to Emerson (Emerson, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 8-12.
Next, the Thunderbirds face the Teaneck Highwaymen (Teaneck, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 20. Mahwah will attempt to advance on its 11-11 season record. The Highwaymen enter the bout with a 4-17 record after their 12-3 non-league loss to Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ).
