May 18, 2024: Tyngsborough, MA 01879 The Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Academy of Notre Dame Lancers to 0 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Greater Lowell Tech improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Gryphons travel to Whittier RVT (Haverhill, MA) to clash with the Wildcats in a Commonwealth Upper game on Monday, May 20. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 14-3. Whittier RVT won 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Lynn English (Lynn, MA)
In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Haverhill Hillies (Haverhill, MA) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 20. Academy of Notre Dame will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Hillies come into the game with a 6-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Andover (Andover, MA).
