May 18, 2024: Hudsonville, MI 49426 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Hudsonville Eagles (Hudsonville, MI) and the visiting Grand Ledge Comets (Grand Ledge, MI), witnessed Hudsonville's softball squad tip Grand Ledge by a count of 4-1.
The Eagles now sport a 32-0 record. They play next when they travel to Caledonia for a Ottawa-Kent - Red match on Monday, May 20.
The Comets (22-8) will now prepare for their test against Williamston (Williamston, MI). The Hornets enter the non-league test with a 18-6 record. In their last test, Williamston was routed by Eaton Rapids (Eaton Rapids, MI), 8-7, in a non-league test.
