Michigan High School Softball - Lakeview topped by Anchor Bay
May 18, 2025: Battle Creek, MI 49015 Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) supporters left the game pleased Sunday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Lakeview Spartans (Battle Creek, MI), 10-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Anchor Bay improves its record to 22-10 on the year. The Tars travel to Lakeland (White Lake, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Sunday, May 18. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 19-8. Lakeland won 11-9 in their recent non-league game against Clinton (Clinton, MI)
The Spartans now hold a 11-10 record. They play next when they host Hartland for a non-league game on Sunday, May 18. Lakeview will play a Eagles squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Dow (Midland, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 11-7.
