May 18, 2025: Midland, MI 48640 Reeths-Puffer Rockets (Muskegon, MI) supporters left the game pleased Sunday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Dow Chargers (Midland, MI), 9-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Reeths-Puffer improves its record to 8-7 on the year. The Rockets host Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI) to play the Knights in a non-league game on Sunday, May 18. The Knights enter the game with a record of 23-4. Walled Lake Northern won 7-1 in their recent non-league game against Salem (Canton, MI)
The Chargers now hold a 23-7 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomfield Hills for a non-league game on Sunday, May 18. Dow will play a Black Hawks squad coming off a 17-9 non-league loss to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI). The Black Hawks record now stands at 12-9.
