Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Thornton Fractional South TBA (Lansing, IL), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Argonauts now sport a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blue Island Eisenhower for a South Suburban challenge on Thursday, May 20.

With the loss, Thornton Fractional South falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Tba host Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL) to face the Bengals in a South Suburban - Blue challenge on Friday, May 21.
