Illinois High School Softball - Plainfield North Metea Valley
May 19, 2022: Plainfield, IL 60585 The Metea Valley Mustangs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Plainfield North Tigers to 6 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Metea Valley moves its record to 11-14 on the year.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 20. Plainfield North will attempt to move on its 13-14 season record. The Thunderbolts come into the game with a 12-9 record after their 2-0 league win over Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL).
