Illinois High School Soccer - Benet Academy knocks off Glenbard South
May 19, 2023: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Redwings confront the Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 23. Benet Academy will attempt to better on its 17-4 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 2-2 non-league St. Francis (Wheaton, IL).
The Raiders now have a 11-8 record.
