The Messalonskee Eagles overwhelmed the host Brunswick Dragons softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Bangor Rams (Bangor, ME) in a Class A North challenge, on Wednesday, May 21. Messalonskee will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 6-4 league loss to Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME).

The Dragons (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Windjammers go into the Class A North challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Camden Hills toppled Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME), 9-2, in a league challenge.
