May 19, 2025: Salem, OR 97305 The McKay Royal Scots softball squad (Salem, OR), was routed 16-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Clackamas Cavaliers (Clackamas, OR)
With the triumph, Clackamas improves its record to 7-19 on the year. The Cavaliers host Reynolds (Troutdale, OR) to face the Raiders in a 6A Mt. Hood contest on Tuesday, May 20. The Raiders enter the contest with a record of 4-18. Reynolds won 8-2 in their recent league contest against David Douglas (Portland, OR)
The Royal Scots now hold a 1-23 record. They play next when they travel to Crescent Valley for a 5A Mid-Willamette contest on Wednesday, May 21. McKay will face a Raiders squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Central (Independence, OR). The Raiders record now stands at 7-17.
